Dear VSTAR Users,
Following a joint review by the platform's risk control system and our upstream liquidity provider (LP), it has been identified that certain SPX500 (S&P 500 Index) trading orders were placed during an abnormal quote period (July 1, 2026, 15:42 - 16:05 GMT+8). During this period, due to liquidity anomalies and technical failures in the quote source, some quotes deviated from normal market prices.
Based on the final settlement results from the upstream liquidity provider, the relevant executed prices have been determined as Manifest Errors and cannot be recognized as valid settlement prices. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the VSTAR Client Agreement, affected orders have been rolled back/adjusted under uniform rules.
This adjustment applies exclusively to orders executed during the abnormal quote period. It does not affect other normally executed orders in your account, nor does it impact the security of your account funds or your ability to continue normal trading.
The platform has promptly resolved the anomaly and further strengthened its quote monitoring and risk control mechanisms to ensure the continued stability and fairness of the trading environment.
Should you wish to review the details of any affected orders, please contact VSTAR official customer service, and we will assist you in verifying the relevant information.
Thank you for your understanding and support.
VSTAR Team
