Dear user:
Due to a cooling system malfunction/cooling issue at CyrusOne, a collaborative data center of CME Group (Chicago Mercantile Exchange), CME's electronic trading system is unable to function properly. As a result, CME has suspended trading of most of its futures and options products, including but not limited to:
- Crude oil and energy futures
- Precious metals such as gold and silver
- Commodity futures
- Major global stock index futures
- Foreign exchange futures (including EBS foreign exchange matching system)
- US treasury bond bonds and fixed income futures
This suspension is an official temporary measure taken by CME to ensure system stability and market fairness. At present, CME is urgently handling the situation, and the recovery time will be subject to its official announcement.
To ensure the safety of your transactions, we remind you to avoid opening positions and carefully evaluate potential fluctuations and risks during such special periods or periods of system instability. We will continue to monitor the progress of the event and update you on the transaction status as soon as possible.
Thank you for your understanding and support.
Respected VSTAR
