Event Introduction

VSTAR's "Guess the Rise or Fall, Win Points" is a fun strategy game based on stock market fluctuations. Users can earn points by predicting the price trend of a specific commodity during a trading day, experiencing market fluctuations while also experiencing the joy of judgment and decision-making.

Eligibility

This event is open only to registered users of the platform.

Event Duration

Prediction Time: The prediction deadline varies depending on the product, but generally ends one hour before the opening of the market on Day T (for US stock products, this is before the opening of the night market, i.e., 11:00 AM (GMT+3) on Day T). If Day T is a non-trading day, the prediction deadline will automatically be extended to the next trading day.

Result Announcement Time: Generally, the deadline is one hour after the opening of Day T.

How to Participate

Users can access the event page through the "Points Mall," select a prediction target designated by the platform (specific targets are subject to the display on the event page that day and are updated every trading day), and participate according to the following rules:

How to Play: Rise or Fall Prediction

1. Select "Rise" or "Fall" and invest points.
2. Result Determination:

If the opening price on Day T > the closing price on Day T-1 → Select "Rise" to win.

If the opening price on Day T < the closing price on Day T-1 → Select "Fall" to win.

If the opening price on Day T = the closing price on Day T-1 → Tie

Reward Distribution

Winning users will receive rewards based on their betting points. For example, if a 100-point investment leads to a correct prediction, 200 points will be returned (including principal and interest). If the prediction fails, no points will be returned. In the event of a draw, the invested points will be refunded.

About Points

What are Points?

Points are virtual rewards offered by the platform to users and can be redeemed for designated gifts in the Points Mall. They do not have monetary or financial functions.

How to Earn:

• Complete platform tasks, such as daily check-ins and challenges in the Task Center.
• Participate in platform events: Specific event rules and point rewards are subject to official announcement.

Instructions for Use:

• Points are valid permanently and will not be reset except in special circumstances such as account cancellation or suspected illegal acquisition.
• Users can view their point income and expenditure records in the "Points Details" section.
• Points are for personal use only and cannot be transferred, sold, or redeemed for cash. Once used, they are non-refundable.

1. Users cannot modify or cancel their predictions after submitting them. Each user may only participate in one prediction per day for the same target.
2. Points used in this event and rewards earned cannot be purchased or transferred with cash, nor can they be redeemed for cash, securities, or other financial products or services.
3. Users must fully meet the event conditions to receive rewards. Specific rules are subject to the relevant terms and conditions and platform announcements.
4. The results and prize eligibility of the event are subject to the platform's system records. In the event of any dispute, the platform reserves the right of final interpretation and decision.
5. The platform reserves the right to verify user participation. If any user is found to have engaged in any illegal activities (including but not limited to cheating, data tampering, exploiting vulnerabilities for profit, etc.), the platform reserves the right to disqualify the user from the event, revoke the prize, and permanently ban the user from the event.
6. Any user is strictly prohibited from using this event for gambling, fraud, or other illegal activities. If any illegal activities are discovered, the platform reserves the right to immediately disqualify the user from participating and winning, and to take necessary measures such as account suspension and cancellation depending on the circumstances.
